We started off at Mairi's parents house before heading off to Ardgowan Evangelical Church in Greenock. As with our previous wedding, Mairi and Ally also had a small post service 'cup of tea' reception immediately after the ceremony. We then took a slight detour to the esplanade before heading to Sherbrooke Castle. I haven't been to Sherbrooke for a few years and it was great to be back - especially now that the upgrade work has finished.
Im sure you will agree that Mairi looked simply stunning, a very classic beauty with Alasdair scrubbing up pretty well too and cutting a real dash in his kilt. I must also mention both families, who were so helpful with the lead up to the wedding and on the day itself with Mairi's very accomplished family providing much of the music throughout the ceremony. It was an excellent day all round, surrounded by such a lovely bunch of people. Superb
