Wedding at Cameron House, Andrew & Christine

We had a fantastic day shooting Andrew and Christines wedding at Cameron House.

We started the day at Christines parents house before making our way to the New Kilpatrick Parish church in Bearsden.  Andrew and Christine had come 'home' from Autralia for their wedding and had made all their arrangements via late night phone calls and email.  With Christines mum helping the organisation though, everything went as smoothly as possible.

As usual Cameron House provided a stunning backdrop and great service on the day.

A really lovely couple, who were an absolute delight to photograph. A perfect wedding.

Knockderry House Wedding – Aaron & Katy

Another new venue for 1500 Photography as we shot our first wedding at Knockderry House Hotel in Argyll, a stunning venue on the shores of Loch Long. What a great day we had too and our first of many outdoor weddings we will be shooting this year.

The couple had travelled up to Scotland (where Katherine’s family are from) for their big day. Katy looked absolutely gorgeous and despite his initial reservations, and the perennial ’How do you do the laces?’ problem, Englishman Aaron looked excellent in highland dress.

As you can see it was a glorious day within a beautiful setting. After the outdoor ceremony we took a short tour of the grounds and across to the beach before back into Knockderry and dinner for the guests. We got some terrific shots, Aaron and Katy were a lovely couple and their enthusiasm and sense of fun made for a great day. I was also really impressed with the venue and attentive staff and hope to be back at Knockderry soon. 1500 Photography
