Dan and Natalie

Congratulations to Dan and Natalie who got married at Luss Church before moving on the receive their guests at the Duck Bay. In contrast to Paul and Louise below, we had a really bright fresh (ok - freezing!) Spring day. Of all things for a photographer to complain about - it was way too bright !!
We had a great day photographing the wedding, mixing with the guests and having fun with Dan and Natalie. This shot, taken of Luss pier, shows a rainbow sitting just on Loch Lomond.

Now, I cant guarantee this for all weddings, but I will see what I can do .......

Scottish MPA Award 2008

Sunday saw the Scottish Master Photographer Awards ceremony for 2008. In a highly competitive field (over 900 images were submitted !!!) with many other great photographers, 1500 picked up a merit (bronze medal) for this image from Judith and Colin's wedding, from last October.
We gained this award in the Classic Wedding* category.
Although a little disappointed not to have won, we are still delighted with this result and have been inspired to make sure we win next year!
